EMISSION RX™ THERMAL OXIDIZERS

The small sized Thermal Oxidizer solution to destruct emissions

The Emission Rx™ Thermal Oxidizer is proven and patented designed for the safe and efficient thermal oxidation (destruction) of gases or liquids from two primary sources: 1. Vented and bypass streams originating from instruments and control devices typically located near a shelter or building, and 2. Laboratory or specialty gases and liquids sourced from cylinders, containers or the manufacturing process and that are usually mounted outside a lab or production environment.

Advanced Emissions Control

The Emission Rx™ Thermal Oxidizer provides highly efficient destruction of Vented and Fugitive Emissions (gases or optional liquids), including harmful VOCs, HAPs, TRI, and BTEX compounds without generating regulatory headaches.

  • High Destruction Efficiency: Achieves 95% to 99.9% destructive efficiency (in compliance with ASTM D8570).

  • Patented Oxidation System: Utilizes the Venturi effect to efficiently manage the combustion process [U.S. Patent 11,391,458 & 12,405,003].

  • Long-Life Heater: Features a unique, long-life heater element that is not exposed to the combustion chamber

  • Maintains Optimal Temperature: Reliably maintains the necessary minimum combustion temperature of 1400°F (760°C) for complete destruction.

  • Regulatory Compliance: The system reports the combustion temperature to prove continuous compliance with regulatory minimum temperature requirements, ensuring the specified combustion efficiency is maintained.

Emissions Control and Environmental Compliance Statements
"Thermal incineration is one of the most effective methods for controlling volatile organic compounds (VOCs), achieving destruction efficiencies of over 99 percent when properly designed and operated."

"Destruction by thermal oxidation is a widely applicable and effective control technique for VOCs and is the basis for many RACT [Reasonably Available Control Technology] and BACT determinations."
— US EPA

"For sources with high concentrations of organic compounds, direct flame incineration (thermal oxidation) is often the preferred control technology due to its high destruction efficiency and ability to handle fluctuations in process streams."
— Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ)

"Thermal oxidizers represent the Best Available Control Technology (BACT) for achieving the very high VOC control efficiencies required for many sources in the South Coast Air Basin."
— South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD)

Considering the switch to onsite destruction of waste gases or liquids or expanding and need to replace existing wast gas or liquid destruction systems?

We understand that transitioning to or replacing older devices and systems is a big decision. If you're not quite ready to make the switch or ready to expand your facility or measurement shelters or update them but would like to stay informed about Thermal Oxidation and it can benefit you, we'd love to keep in touch.
